Content on this website belongs to NOROX LIMITED unless stated otherwise. Ownership of deliverables produced for clients is dealt with in the relevant service agreement, and transfers on full payment unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Third party services

Some services depend on third party platforms, hosting or advertising networks. We are not responsible for changes, outages or policy decisions made by those third parties.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in connection with a service is limited to the fees paid for that service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
